Suvey of the property Kort Beraard, which is located in the Marripaan region just south of New Amsterdam, and borders on to the property Deutichem. It measures 1000 Surinamese acres (1 acre = 0,43 hectares) and was assigned to Hendrik Janse Buse on 5 July 1792.
