Title Leupe: Kaart van een stuk land gelegen in de Motkreek, links in het opvaren.
This map shows a lot owned by Jacob Sande (A-D) and located to the west of the Mot Creek.
Jacob Sande requested the survey after obtaining the land in 1731.
A blaka-beri forest grows on the largest part of the plantation.
The lot turns out to measure 200 Surinamese acres (86 hectares).
The Bellevue Plantation lies to the south of this lot (to the left on the map), and the land of Willem Schaffo to its north (to the right on the map).
The map was signed on 29 January 1733 and ratified on 31 March 1733.
Scale of 60 Chains of 5 1/2 Rhineland rod = 120 ‘strepen’.
