To the right vessels head for the mooring quay, which is equipped with a crane for loading and unloading goods.

The roofs of the warehouses protrude above the surrounding wall. A Dutch step gable marks the residence of the most senior company official: the 'Baas van Onrust' or 'Baas van de timmerlieden'. (The boss of Onrust or the carpenters' boss). The two windmills are both for sawing timber; it was here they sawed the wood needed for ship repairs.
