Events on West Wallabi Island

This print from Ongeluckige Voyagie depicts several episodes on West Wallabi Island, the island where Wiebe Hayes went and where he found water. Top left, some of his men go back to Beacon Island on a raft, but are chased back from there. Top right, we see a two-boat attack from Beacon Island, which, however, is ultimately unsuccessful. Bottom left, we see the Blood Council sending negotiators from Beacon Island. Bottom right, we see how Hayes and his men manage to capture Jeronimus Cornelisz and kill four of his main companions.
