Map of Wobma and van Langen's land

Title Leupe: Kaart van een stuk land, tusschen de Plantagie Meulwyk en Corsane Creeq (beide oevers).
This map shows the land of Sir Wobma and van Langen (indicated with the letters A-D); which lays at the Perica and Corsane creeks.
The survey was requested by Sir Daniel Wobma, for his own land as well as that of Philip van Langen.
Earlier transactions of the depicted land are mentioned in the annotations on the right side of the map.
The land turns out to measure 500 Surinamese acres (215 hectares).
To the north of this land lies the Meulwijk plantation (to the left on the map).
The map was signed by the land surveyor on 1 March 1734 and ratified on 17 April 1736 in Paramaribo.
Scale of 60 Chains of 5 ½ Rhineland rods = 160 ‘strepen’.
