This is sheet number 3 from a series on the North Atlantic Ocean (VEL98A-C). The east Caribbean and the Surinamese coast are drawn here. Gerard Hulst van Keulen likely printed the map in preparation of his atlas De nieuwe groote lichtende zee-fakkel from 1790. Note the hole above on the map. Ports and sand banks are indicated and the map was composed based on rhumb lines.
