The map was copied in 1637 by Jacop Compostel and copied between 1665 and 1668, probably in Johannes Vingboons' studio.

The chart comes from the Blaeu-van der Hem Atlas.

The chart represents the left portion of a larger map, the other half is located in the ??sterreichische Nationalbibiothek, Wenen, inv. nr. 39:10b.
