Coastline profiles of the Yugor Strait

Two coastline profiles show the coasts of the Yugor Strait as they appear while passing through it. The upper profile shows the western part of the Strait, up until ‘Kruishoek’ (Cape Cross); the lower profile shows the northeastern part.
From Jan Huygen van Linschoten’s Voyagie ofte Schipvaart, an account of the first and second expeditions Dutch fleets undertook along the north coast of present-day Russia in order to find a northeast passage to Asia.
