The lot turns out to measure 250 Surinamese acres (that is 117,5 hectares).
The plantation land next to the Berbice river contains forests with different kinds of wood.
Two pieces of uncultivated land lay adjacent to the lot, the Balks Vergenoegen Plantation is located further south and the Dankbaarheijd Plantation further north.
The map was signed on 24 October 1772.
