Map of the Goudmyn plantation

Title Leupe: Kaart van de scheidlinien van de Plantagie de Goudmyn.
This map shows the extent of the Goudmyn plantation which is located between the Commewijne (on the south, bottom of the map) and Cossica river (on the north, top of the map) as well as the Cras Creek (on the west, left side on the map).
The Governor-General Carel Emilius Henry de Cheusses ordered the surveyor J. Reynet to conduct the survey on request of Sir Frans Schas; the owner of the plantation.
Frans Schas requested the survey due to a recently completed transaction of land.
The borders of the plantation are all measured and indicated with letters (NABCDELMN), added up they turn out to measure 1540 Surinamese acres (662.2 hectares).
In addition, a recently purchased piece of land is measured to the south of the Commewijne river and adjacent to the Ostage plantation.
Other adjacent plantations are: Nieuw Clarenbeeck, the Handage Sardam and the Roosenburg.
The survey has been officially acknowledged on 22 April 1733.
