The map is taken from the Blaeu-Van der Hem Atlas.
The inset is of Dutch origin, while according to the inscription the main chart is copied from a Spanish map.
According to Peter van der Krogt in 'The Atlas Blaeu-Van der Hem of the Austrian Library', Utrecht 2005, p. 321, the city of Cambodja at the river's end is the city of Pakse in Laos. This would correspond to the co-ordinates given on the map.
