A depiction of an exotic coast with a beach where many men are working. In the foreground men are fishing. To the right a man stands on a raised platform before a group of people, behind him a smith and in the centre a cooper. On the left several exotic animals are portrayed and in the centre a tree bears the coats of arms of Zeeland, Amsterdam and Holland.
