According to the Leupe catalogue (NA), the original title reads:Plan et Elévation demandée pour la rétablissement de L' église de Colombo.
This late 18th century design for the front facade of a church was never realised.
Designed by engineer Chevalier La Goupillière, signature bottom left.
On the left of the drawing is a stamp of the French navy.
