This ground plan of the ‘improved’ Brandwacht by Philippus Marcus Osterlin belongs to his site map under number VEL1623 and gives the layout in detail, as it was round 1740.

Displayed are the first floor, the nearby soldier dwelling, the roads, drainage, flag post, palisades and walls.

Leupe wrongly attributes the map to to P.D. Desmaretz and J.D. Knapp.
