The lot turns out to measure 250 Surinamese acres (that is 117,5 hectares).
The plantation land next to the Berbice river contains forests with different kinds of wood.
The Resolutie Plantation is located south of the depicted plantation and the Spaanderswoud Plantation north of it.
The map was signed on 18 April 1772.
