Map of land belonging to the Meulwijk plantation

Title Leupe: Kaart van een stuk land, gelegen in de Wayamoe Creeq, links in het afvaren.
This map shows the new lot of the Meulwijk plantation (indicated with the letters A-D); which lays at the Perica and Corsane creeks.
The survey was requested by the owners of the plantation.
The land turns out to measure 355 Surinamese acres (152,65 hectares).
The rest of the Meulwijk plantation lies to the east of this land (to the left on the map), the Eendragt plantation lies to its west (to the right on the map).
The map was signed by the land surveyor on 24 October 1735 and ratified on 24 February 1736 in Paramaribo.
Scale of 100 Chains of 5 ½ Rhineland rods = 145 ‘strepen’.
