Map of a parcel at the Cottica River

Title Leupe: "Kaart van een stuk land aan de Cotticarivier, rechts in het opvaren, groot 151 akkers, zijnde een gedeelte van het land der plantage Schepmoet en uitgemeten ten verzoeke van Pieter Everhart."

This is a survey of a lot along the Cottica Creek which was requested by Sir Pieter Everhart. The land turns out to measure 150 Surinamese acres (c. 64 hectares). The plantation is situated to the west of (to the right on the map) of the land of Henderik van Laar. The map was signed on 2 September 1735 and ratified on 26 July 1736.
