Title Leupe: Kaart van eenige Plantagien, gelegen tusschen Cottica en Commewyne, tegen over de Nieuwe Levant in Cottica.
This map shows the land of F. Schats (A-D), located to the north of the Cottica River.
F. Schats requested the survey after obtaining the land between 1685 and 1733.
The lands turn out to measure 500 Surinamese acres (215 hectares).
The De Nieuwe Lavant Plantation lies to the north of the lot and the Paramarica Creek to its east.
The map was signed on 24 January 1733 and ratified on 28 February 1733.
Scale of 200 Chains of 66 Rhineland feet = 214 ‘strepen’.
